Where is Vista version of Powershell?

They are surely the same drivers for the Tablet specific items, but are currently buried in the restore CD, not in a stock copy of Vista. You won't get all the features from a clean load of Vista, I think there should be no problems with the new Vista version but I rather ask the experts. Thank you!!!
